Research/Teaching Interests:

  Research interests include infant socioemotional development in the context of the developing family, parent-child interaction, development of representational models in children, consequences of infant-mother attachment quality for development during childhood; adolescent pregnancy and parenting. Teaching interests range from introductory to advanced undergraduate and graduate courses in human development across the lifespan, infant and child development, theories of human development, family interaction, and research methods.
